Gas

We transport gas using our fleet of owned, operated and chartered LNG and LPG carriers. These vessels are equipped with advanced technologies in order to ship LPG and LNG safely and efficiently.

Our new-build very large gas carriers (VLGC), operated by our AW Shipping joint venture, are supplying LPG and other petroleum products sourced from ADNOC Group and other global suppliers to Wanhua Group’s manufacturing bases in China and around the world.

We also have a number of LNG vessels on order, due for delivery in 2025 and 2026, which will serve ADNOC’s gas growth ambitions and increasing demand for gas transportation capacity, driven by the global energy transition.

We are also deploying legacy LNG vessels to meet increased demand for floating storage units (FSU) and floating storage regasification units (FSRU), providing key gas import infrastructure in growth markets, while extending the operational life of our vessels and generating incremental value and new revenue streams.

Crude Oil

We transport crude oil to customers around the world using our fleet of eight owned, operated and chartered fleet of crude carriers. Our Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) transport two million barrels of crude oil on each voyage and are all equipped with exhaust scrubbers or powered by highly efficient LNG engines to reduce emissions. Our footprint is global and includes the Middle East, USA, West Africa, Caribbean, South America and the Far East.

Refined Products

We transport high-quality refined petroleum products from ADNOC’s downstream business to its wide range of international customers using dedicated Long Range 1 and 2 (LR1 & LR2) class vessels as well as specialized chemical tankers.

Dry Bulk and Container

Our dry bulk fleet consists of Ultramax, Supramax and Handysize vessels. We transport all the sulfur produced by ADNOC Group as a by-product of its gas production operations, as well as other products such as petroleum coke, fertilizers and grain for a range of international customers. These vessels are equipped with modern cargo handling equipment designed for efficient loading and unloading.

Our container business is engaged in transporting polymers for Borouge within the UAE.

Cleaner Energy Products

We work to support the projected production expansion of cleaner energy products such as methanol and low-carbon blue ammonia for delivery to global markets as part of the UAE’s long-term decarbonization and net zero targets.
