Our Marine Services business unit is comprised of two key business lines: specialist marine terminals’ operations, covering all petroleum port operations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; and oil spill and hazardous and noxious substances (HNS) response operations, where we are one of the largest service providers in the UAE.
The marine terminal operations business line operates the export facilities of ADNOC Group, including the mainland ports of Jebel Al Dhanna, Al Ruways Industrial City and the Fujairah hub, as well as offshore port facilities on Das, Zirku and Mubarraz islands. We are the only operator with the license to service all petroleum ports in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Our marine terminal operations fleet of 39 vessels, covering a range of specialist functions, includes terminal tugs and azimuth stern drive tugs, diving support and maintenance vessels, mooring and line boats, pilot and crew boats. Every vessel that arrives at and departs from ADNOC’s Petroleum Ports is assisted by at least one of our tug boats.
We are one of the largest Oil Spill and HNS responders in the UAE with detection, monitoring and forecast technology, extensive booms and other equipment, and a dedicated wide base of specialized manpower.
Our fleet of 26 purpose built oil spill response, firefighting and safety standby vessels are designed to protect the marine environment and deploy specialized equipment for the containment and removal of marine oil spills.
We provide niche services with one of the largest oil spill and HNS response capabilities in the UAE with capabilities to respond to any Tier 1, 2 and 3 level incidents.
