ADNOC L&S is the region’s largest shipping and integrated logistics company and a global energy maritime logistics leader with a world-class asset base.

ADNOC L&S was established in 2016 through the integration of several ADNOC entities operating in integrated logistics, shipping and marine services, with our heritage tracing back to the formation of the Abu Dhabi National Tanker Company in 1975.

We have developed our business through a combination of organic growth, fleet expansion, acquisitions, joint ventures and innovative integrated offerings, both to support ADNOC's wider growth ambitions and service a growing portfolio of global customers and markets.

Key milestones in our strategic value creation and growth program include:

• the transformational acquisition of ZMI Holdings that added the world’s largest fleet of self-propelled jack-up barges to our asset base
• the launch of our pioneering Integrated Logistics Services Platform (ILSP) that we believe it is one of the largest turnkey offshore logistics offerings in the world designed to enable coordinated end-to-end management of energy logistics and maritime operations
• inauguration of the UAE Gateway at KEZAD, where we own and operate one of the largest warehouses in the Middle East, dedicated to storing, handling and shipping all Borouge polymers
• the establishment of AW Shipping Limited, our joint venture with Wanhua Chemical (Singapore) Pte Ltd, enhancing our position in delivering liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and other petroleum products to growing markets in Asia
• investing in and commissioning a range of gas carriers, tankers and other vessels to further enhance our fleet and improve efficiency and environmental performance
• the redeployment of our vessels as both floating LNG storage and regasification units, meeting increasing demand for gas infrastructure as part of the global energy transition
