The Board of Directors of ADNOC Logistics & Services PLC invites the shareholders to attend the annual general assembly meeting in person at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel, Corniche Road East, Capital Plaza Complex, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates or to attend virtually through an electronic link for the meeting.
The link will be sent to the shareholders via SMS or email following registration of their attendance.
The meeting will discuss the agenda and vote on the proposed resolutions in real time, on Monday 29 April 2024 at 4:30pm (UAE time)
