ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) completed the acquisition of ZMI Holdings in 2022, an Abu Dhabi-based owner and operator of offshore support vessels with one of the world’s largest fleets of self-propelled jack-up barges. Since its establishment in Abu Dhabi in 1984, it has grown significantly to provide a world-class service offering across the global offshore energy sector.
It has long-term contracts with a blue-chip customer base consisting primarily of leading National Oil Companies (NOCs), International Oil Companies (IOCs) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors. Building on its established operations in the UAE, KSA and Qatar, it recently entered the offshore wind farm market providing services for the development of a major project in China.
Through this acquisition, we extended our regional footprint and created new opportunities for expansion with an industry-recognized partner, broadening our integrated services offering to include critical support assets for offshore operations in the energy industry.
